Chalet & Farmhouse Accommodation
Chalet & Farmhouse accommodation includes meals and bedding. Each chalet sleeps between 6-12 people and contains its own kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area. Farmhouse rooms hold up to 4 people and have an en-suite bathroom.

Caravan and Campsite Accommodation
The conference fee is charged per person but caravan and campsite costs are charged per site. Meals are not included but will be available to book at a later date.

Please send your conference fee as a deposit by the 30th of April, including your name as a reference. The bank account details are:

For ease of administration we ask that just one bank transfer is made to cover all conference fees for each application.
Any remaining balance should be paid before the 22nd June 2024.
We encourage day visitors to book and make their payment ahead of time to aid the planning of the conference.
Applications from outside UK
Where possible, please make payments in sterling as this eases administration. There are Apps, such as Revolut, that allow you to make transfers in your chosen currency. If you need any assistance, please contact the committee using the contact page.
